Ordering a virtual tour is simple using either our online agent tools or contacting us directly by phone or email.

When we receive your order, we immediately contact the homeowner to arrange a convenient time to photograph the property.  We usually can take photos of the property from 8 AM till 4:00 PM six days a week.  When you place the order, it is important that we have the correct address including zip code, and the MLS number.  We can not post the tour to Realtor.com® without this information.

Once the photos are taken, we will create the virtual tour and then email you the link when the tour is finished.  We also post the tour to Realtor.com®. Your email will also contain a link to your online invoice.  You can make payments online using a credit card or bank account through our secure payment processor.  Payment must be made within 10 days of posting, or the tour will be suspended until payment is made.

Once the tour is posted, you can make changes to the tour and brochure information at any time using your agent tools.  If you need assistance making changes, we are always available to assist you.
